I am a respectful, positive thinking, caring, gentleman looking for a possible life partner. Divorced now for eleven years after an 18 year marriage, I am finally ready to pursue this last chapter of my adult life and would like to find someone special to share it with. Although I do not speak Spanish currently, I am learning the language since some of my favorite places to visit are Mexico, the Caribbean and Latin/South America. I also find the women of those countries to be among the most friendliest, charming and beautiful in the world! The reason I chose this site is because I feel we now live in a global world where we share many of the same values. The only thing that separates us is distance and through the use of this site and other social media we can now come closer together as a true world community through talking with one another in friendship - and perhaps even ignite a romance! As a person of mixed heritage, I welcome exploring new cultures as a way of enhancing my own life experiences and Latin American Cupid offers me that unique opportunity. A little bit about me: I'm intelligent, honest, adventurous, physically fit and strong for my age, attentive, romantic, and responsible. I have also never cheated or lied to any of the women I have been involved with and don't play games with other's emotions. I hope to find someone who shares these very important qualities. I don't know what the future holds for me, but I'm really looking forward to this next grand adventure of my life - whatever it might be! It would be wonderful to share it with someone. Care to join me???

Yes ma'am - I'm a Texan - a gentleman in the classic sense of the word. Friendly, funny, approachable, calm, gracious (I hope) and happy---a nice guy. I open doors, pull out chairs (and push them back in, of course) and respect you and your family and friends. I don't fuss and fight - wasted time - wasted life. I am very low maintenance and my bravado tank stays mostly empty. I throw all of my cards on the table from the offset and let them land where they may. For me now it's Life over Lifestyle - Substance over Form. I love being the dad of 3 wonderful grown children. I am very active, however need a bit of calm and quiet time occasionally. I am very much a beach/water person. Love the mountains, too, however, the beach ever calls. I love U2, Pavarotti, James Taylor and everything in between - and I've recently discovered I love The Doors. I'm a walker/hiker and book a lot of miles - mostly when my quiet time comes---very early in the morning and started cycling (6.09.18) early in the morning and love it - starting at 10 miles a day and I love knowing I will only love it more as my skills and cycling muscles improve. At this age we are all dinged up a bit - all part of being happy and joyful, kind and peaceful, gracious and thankful. My personal mantra is "Walk in The Light and Share The Joy". I think people can see God in us, even when we don't speak of it. We can affirm Him through our behavior towards others. Joy, Kindness and Hope can go a very long way. I recently read where Mother Teresa said "Be the window thru which others see God". I sure hope that's me. :-) ”
